when i first saw these camera i though “ok, digital polaroids” but then when i read up about the technology inside it i realised that that is exactly what it is.
The xiao camera prints the digital images it takes on a specially developed paper from Zink (zero ink) that converts the white of the page into colours. No ink or ribbons, just special paper. Quite neat.
I wonder if it will fly. Polariod couldn’t make it, what makes this different?
